Our service journey starts like a traditional digital agency where we use multiple methods to reach out and engage with prospects. Our point of difference is how our online consultancy services craft a path for the prospect to ensure their needs are met, from the moment they arrive on site and after they have left.

We do this via 1:1 dialogue and behavioural targeting. The majority of tactical activity takes place on site, within prospect or transactional emails, SMS’s or in social.

As a previous Director of Strategy at a leading full-service online agency James acted as online marketing adviser and strategist to clients such as Hutchison Telecoms, Honda, Australian Open, VicUrban and Shell.

As a leader in his field James is a regular speaker at forums addressing topics ranging from KPI reporting architecture to campaign optimisation and ROI optimisation.

Pete Gurrie has 17 years experience within the digital industry and is Partner and Head of Strategy & Planning.

As a long time advocate and innovator of the role of brand in eCommerce and the online Customer support experience, Pete and JBA work with some of Australia’s most prominent brands to help shape profitable and customer-centric online businesses.

To date Pete’s career achievements include but are not limited to national and international awards for the Sportsgirl eCommerce and brand site, Tourism Queensland, STA Travel and Borders Harry Potter ‘Deathly Hallows’ product launch. Internationally Pete has also worked on the Smirnoff, Johnnie Walker, Guinness and Bell Mobility relationship marketing programs.
